Actual pricing refers to items for which the cost depends on the weight of the item. For example, poultry is sold by the weight. The actual weight of your poultry or other weighted items is measured and calculated on the day your order is packaged for you. Note therefore that the actual pricing of each of your weighted items will be reflected on your final invoice and it may be greater or lesser the amount reflected in your Cart.
To better serve our patrons, Heph’zibah and Beulah Farms no longer organizes buying clubs. However, to share the cost of delivery fees that are incurred when the respective minimum order total is not met, patrons may choose to organize their own buying clubs with family and friends.

Cash On Delivery (COD): Heph’zibah and Beulah Farms is presently a cash-on-delivery business which allows us to bring you the best possible prices.
Mobile Wallet: The convenience of payment via mobile payment services, such as Venmo, is extended to all purchases made online or in person at our Buying Clubs and at our Wild Harvests Market located at Heph’zibah and Beulah Farms. (To learn more about Venmo, go to venmo.com.)
After checkout, the mobile payment details will be sent in your confirmation letter.
Scheduled delivery times allow the Renegade Farmers and all patrons to make the most of their time. We honor punctuality through planning and require that all patrons do the same.
Set Up A Proxy: If you believe that punctuality may be an issue at some point, consider setting up a proxy to receive your order in your stead.
Doorstep Drop-off: If you or a proxy are not available to receive your order, your items will be left at your doorstep, if the order was paid in full.
Restocking Fee: If you or a proxy are not available to receive your unpaid order, your order will be returned to our farm and a variety of restocking responsibilities ensue. Therefore, you incur a restocking fee that must be met before the fulfillment of any subsequent orders.
In keeping with the farm-to-table ideal, we work very hard to make the freshest foods available to each patron. If someone does not pick up an order or is not available to receive the delivery of an order at the scheduled delivery time frame, all the work and time that we dedicated to the fulfillment of that order was in vain. Moreover, we are faced with a great deal of extra responsibilities respective to each item in that order.
For this reason, if you do not pick up your order or you are not available to receive your order on the date and time of your delivery appointment, you incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the total order. The fulfillment of a restocking fee must be met before the fulfillment of any subsequent orders.
